New work at studio
Pottery from the weekend. Here is a shot of those bottles I mentioned last post that I am having fun building.
And a lovely gift this late into the fall: gardenia, which we enjoyed smelling at the studio. Here they are displayed in one my recent favorite pots from a firing from this summer.

The bottles are wonderful. Can't wait to see what you choose to do with them! As for the gardenias, their scent has danced on the air at the studios these past couple of days. Beautiful aroma....and a most intriguing form.
I love gardenias! We have some near the front door and the aroma is almost edible! We've long since had our last blooms. I envy you!
Intriguing jars! Can't wait to see what you do to them!
All this pottery I keep reading about has inspired me to take a class. Just need to find one at night, but I'm still looking.
so pretty elaine..thos gardenias ae gogeous. it looks like a painting...great job.
The bottles look like some elders in robes crowding into the council chamber for some big meeting. They have personality and movement to them. I will add my voice to the chorus that wants to see how you treat them. (No pressure.)
And the gardenias smelled wonderful.
The bottles are talking about the 100 pot experiment, if you were wondering why they are gathered round the council chamber
thanks all for the great comments
